Friday Fit Tip

Short on time? Try this...

5 jumping jacks
8 push ups
8 crunches
8 squats
rest for 2-3 minutes...
8 squats
8 crunches
8 push ups
and end with 10 jumping jacks

Of course you can add more or do less until you can at least do 12 of each.
