So I am back to my NTC workouts. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you need to do it NOW!!! I am also doing the bar method workouts as well. What is The Bar Method you ask...well here is what is found on the website...

Lean, firm, sculpted body? Sign me up! Oh this method burns so bad, but oh so good! My legs shake during the workouts and after too. It's been a long time since I've done any type of formal dance and felt like a fat slob at first LOL. I know it gets better. And I can't wait to show you my "new" body after this entire month of doing it along side NTC. My workout is as follows:
Week 1 and 3: Monday, Wednesday, Friday = NTC and Tuesday, Thursday = Bar Method
Week 2 and 4: Monday, Wednesday, Friday = Bar Method and Tuesday, Thursday = NTC
*never repeating the same NTC workout over those 4 weeks*
I have been eating so much better too. I used to eat out at least 4 times a week for lunch but I can happily say that I have been taking a lunch to work everyday for almost 2 weeks now. Good stuff too! Its either left overs from the night before or a tuna sandwich and some fruit. I did over indulge on thanksgiving a bit but that hasn't stopped me from working out at least. I am paying for it, trust me.
